Cancellation Policy for NxtGen Baseball Camp:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which may cause you to cancel your participation in the NxtGen Baseball camp. In order to ensure fairness to all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:

    1    Cancellation 15 days or more prior to your camp session:

   If you cancel your camp registration 15 days or more prior to the start of your camp session, you will be entitled to a refund less an administration fee of $20 per day camp (e.g $100 for a 5 day camp.)

    2   Cancellation 5-14 days prior to your camp session:

     If you cancel your camp registration between 5-14 days prior to the start of your camp session, you will be entitled to a refund less an administration fee of $50 per day camp or $200 per entire 5 day camp.

    5    Cancellation 4 days or fewer prior to your camp session or no-shows:

    6    If you cancel your camp registration 4 days or fewer prior to the start of your camp session or are a no-show, no refunds will be given.

Please note that refunds will be issued only to the person who made the original payment and will be credited back to the original payment method. Any refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the cancellation date.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any camp session due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another session.
