NxtGen athletes are driven, motivated, and hungry to make the most of any opportunity, as well as display strong character traits on and off the field. If this is you, we would love to have the chance to work with you.

We have limited space to ensure our athletes get the time and attention they need... This approach ensures a more intimate and productive camp environment, allowing Grant, myself, and the staff to provide one-on-one guidance so our athletes can gain the most out of the experience.

We have a maximum number of spaces, and once it is full, it is full. You must be between the ages of 12 and 15.
We sincerely hope we have the chance to host you at NxtGen Ignition.

WORLD CLASS MENTORS & COACHES
You will be coached/mentored by former MLB Pitcher Ryan Rowland-Smith, MLB All Star Grant Balfour, Ty'relle Harris, and NxtGen Alumni Ethan Stacy and Liam McCallum.
SCRIMMAGES AND LIVE AT BATS
It will be a Spring training style schedule with live competitive at-bats with instant feedback during the game to create mechanical tweaks, improve your pitch decision and sequencing, refine your swing during an at-bat, and the proper approach.
DAILY 'SPARK' SESSIONS
Motivational talks, long-term development, college recruitment, and intimate Q&As with a Grant Balfour, RRS, Tyrelle and other guest coaches. ​
WORLD CLASS DEVELOPMENT FOR YOUR FUTURE.
Work face to face with 2 Major Leaguers with 16 years of MLB experience combined in a private setting. You will be given programming once you leave, and it will prepare you for what is possible in the upcoming years as you head towards the college recruiting phase of your career.
